Questions we get
Do I need a Japanese driving licence?
No. You ride as a passenger on every tour. Nothing is required from you but an ID at pickup.
Where do you pick up from?
Any hotel inside Tokyo's 23 wards, at no extra cost. Outside that, contact us and we will quote it.
What happens if it rains?
The tour runs. We only cancel for typhoons or expressway closures, and then you get a full refund or a free reschedule.
Can children join?
Yes, from age 6. Tell us ages at booking so we send a car with the right seats.
How far ahead should I book?
Weekends fill two to three weeks out. Weekdays are usually open a few days ahead.
Can I drive the car myself?
Not on these tours. Ask us about track days if you want to be behind the wheel.
Do you take large groups?
Up to eight guests as back-to-back departures. Email us and we will build the schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours we charge 50 percent.
